Interval Training How It Works!!

Interval Training

The intent of this training type is to raise your heart rate. It pushes you to test your limits.

How it works:

This training consists of high intensity work in short sprints followed by a rest period low intensity. An example of this training is getting on a treadmill with no incline. Eventually as you progress with this workout you can add an incline.

First you stretch and warm up with a 5-minute walk at a speed three.

Next you sprint at the highest level you can for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Afterward you lower speed to 3 again and walk for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

This set is considered an interval. You should try to complete 10 intervals.

If you are unable to complete the 10 intThis is an incredible workout and my personal favorite.
