Twelve Three Thirty Workout is a type of Low Impact exercise that has gained popularity due to Tik Tok.

How it Works:

When starting off at the gym low impact exercise is often overlooked. 

The reason this type of exercise is so great is because it is easy to maintain. You can easily stay on track if you know exactly what you are going to do at the gym. The added benefit is that this low impact exercise can be done by anyone. 

The famous Trend that has taken over social media spaces despite it not being a new way of training. I came upon this treadmill work out because the social media influencer Lauren Giraldo spoke to the efficiency of this work out on her YouTube channel. 

I did my research and found out that it had scientific backing. The work out consists of setting your treadmill to an incline of 12, the speed at 3 and to walk without touching the treadmill for thirty minutes. It does not sound like a difficult workout to complete. It does however break a sweat and helps you burn fat. There is an enormous difference between losing weight and losing fat percentage. Everyone’s goal should always be to lose fat percentage never to simply lose weight. The reason this low impact workout is so great is because it helps specifically target fat.
