How it works:
Intuitive Eating is a non-dieting approach to eating in a more healthy and conscious manner. When eating in this manner you trust your body to make the right food choices.
Why I eat intuitively:
This is what I recommend most people work up to. A strict diet can transform your body however it is not sustainable. I believe that we all ultimately want to enjoy a balanced lifestyle where we can eat the foods we Enjoy and partake in the activities that we like. It is important to find a balance. If you cut out all the foods you like, it is probable that there will be a relapse and you can end up binging due to depriving yourself. I recommend calculating your recommended calorie intake and use it as a reference. It is not necessary for all your calories to be healthy. You can start a routine that provided consistency and allows you to still enjoy delicious foods.
